Bourgogne
A regional Bourgogne cuvee from Charles Lachaux's négociant project, made with the same whole-cluster, low-intervention approach he brings to his family's Vosne-Romanée fruit.
Vintages
- 2021
The smallest Burgundy vintage in thirty years, hit hard by spring frost. What survived is cool-climate, classical Burgundy: lighter, moderate in alcohol, with a firm mineral core - built for drinking sooner rather than for the very long haul, and always going to be hard to find given how little was made.
- 2019
A standout across the board: warm, dry growing conditions delivered a rare combination of ripeness, concentration and the acidity to balance it, in both reds and whites.
