No, you're not missing anything. We didn't forget the cookie banner — we left it out on purpose.

Most of the internet asks you to click through a wall of toggles before you've even said hello. We find that about as charming as you probably do, so we built the Site not to need one in the first place: no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no “anonymous” analytics quietly building a profile of you in the background.

We use exactly one cookie, and it's the boring, necessary kind — Cloudflare's security cookie, which keeps bots and attackers off the Site. It doesn't follow you anywhere, and Danish law doesn't require your consent for it, which is why you're not being asked for it.

What you do before or after visiting us is entirely your business, not ours. We're just happy when you visit us and would love to sell you good wine while you are here.
