Pommard
A village Pommard from Kei Shiogai's négociant sourcing in the appellation - one of the two villages, alongside Gevrey-Chambertin, where he concentrates his small production.
Vintages
- 2022
The largest Burgundy vintage in three decades, and a genuinely well-balanced one: fine-grained tannins, classic fruit, and an acid structure that should hold up well over time.
- 2020
Another warm year, but one that avoided 2018 and 2019's occasional over-ripeness. Excellent phenolic grip and linear acidity, widely considered the best vintage since 2017 for capturing real differences between terroirs.
