Salon makes exactly one wine: a Blanc de Blancs from a single village, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and only in years the house judges genuinely exceptional — in some decades, that's meant skipping a vintage entirely rather than release something that doesn't meet the bar. There is no non-vintage Salon and never has been. It's one of the purest single-idea Champagne houses in existence.
